Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind or chose the wrong size? Unworn items in their original condition can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. For an incorrect, defective or non-conforming item, contact us for a resolution under your legal rights; this change-of-mind shipping rule does not apply. For an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with the order number and desired size or colour; we will confirm availability and the return steps before you send anything.

How returns work

1
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
2
We confirm the return and how to send the parcel back.
3
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will in all cases be made without undue delay and no later than 15 days after you exercise that right, regardless of the inspection timeline.
