Terms & conditions
The general conditions of sale that apply to every order placed on MOS HIJAB.
Seller: MOS HIJAB — Casablanca
3 November 2026
1. Scope
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the MOS HIJAB website by customers residing in Morocco. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products, images & prices
Product images are AI-generated illustrations, labelled as such. They are not photographs of the item you will receive: details, colour, fit and length may differ. Styling items shown in the images are not included unless the description says so.
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Delivery fees are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed.
3. Orders
After you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm it. MOS HIJAB reserves the right to cancel an order that cannot be confirmed, or in case of an abnormal request or a dispute about a previous order.
4. Payment
Payment is made in cash on delivery, to the courier, upon receipt of the parcel.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered by our partner Sendit to the address provided, in the cities offered at checkout. The fee for your city is shown before you confirm and is charged once per order. Delivery times are estimates. Please check your parcel in the presence of the courier and report any visible damage immediately.
6. Returns & exchanges
You may exercise your applicable 7-day withdrawal right after delivery, subject to legal exceptions. For a return solely because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If an item is incorrect, defective or not as described, your legal consumer rights remain unaffected and this change-of-mind return fee rule does not apply. For exchanges, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will confirm the requested size or colour is available and explain the return arrangements before you send anything.
7. Liability
MOS HIJAB cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control. Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under Moroccan consumer law.
8. Governing law
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law, including law n° 31-08 on consumer protection. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
