Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

Yes — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the courier.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your city and our courier. We confirm the expected timing when we call to confirm your order.

Question 5

Delivery is 19 DH in Casablanca. Elsewhere the fee depends on your city and is shown at checkout before you confirm. If your city is not available online, message us on WhatsApp.

Question 7

Can I return or exchange an item?

Accepted Answer

In applicable cases, you may exercise your 7-day withdrawal right after delivery. For a return solely due to a change of mind, you pay return shipping. For incorrect, defective or non-conforming products, your legal rights remain unaffected. For an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and preferred size or colour. We will confirm availability and return arrangements before you send anything.

Question 8

How are refunds made?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number so we can arrange the return and refund method. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 15 days after you exercise that right.

Question 9

What do you sell?

Accepted Answer

A long belted trench coat and a hooded sport djellaba. Each product page lists the sizes and colours available.

Question 10

Are the product images real photos?

Accepted Answer

No. Our product images are AI-generated illustrations, and they are labelled as such. Details, colour, fit and length may differ from the actual item, so ask us on WhatsApp before ordering if you hesitate.

Question 11

Are the colours accurate?

Accepted Answer

Colour names are the ones we use in the shop. The images are illustrations and screens vary, so ask us on WhatsApp before ordering if you hesitate.
